Corporate History
MFC was the financial services segment of KHD Humboldt Wedag International Ltd. ("KHD" – NYSE: KHD) that was spun out by way of a stock distribution to its shareholders in January of 2006. The distribution enabled investors to evaluate the financial performance, strategies and other attributes of KHD and MFC in comparison to companies within their respective industries.
